From the first contact with ALADIVA to the return home
1. First contact with ALADIVA
Do not hesitate to write or call us at ALADIVA, and express your needs, and problems in a personal or written conversation. We will be happy to answer all your questions, and provide you with possible solutions.
2. Provision of documents
Depending on the type of procedure, we will ask you for documents such as an X-ray image, a photo of the teeth, face, body according to the location of the treatment site for our specialists. We will also ask you questions about your medical history, allergies and medication use.
3. Treatment plan for the client
Based on the documentation, our specialists will prepare a health and beauty treatment proposal with a price for you free of charge within a few days, and with it you will receive a complete estimate of all costs associated with travel and stay, so that you have an overall idea of the price of the complete package of services:
- treatment (more detailed explanation)
- transfer (airport – hotel/apartment – clinic)
- city tour – by agreement
4. Consultation
After receiving the Treatment Plan from the specialists, we are at your disposal for a more detailed explanation of the individual steps and will be happy to answer your questions.
5. Agreement on the date
We will agree with you on a suitable date, according to the number of days required for the procedure, which will then be confirmed by the clinic.
6. Contract, documents and deposit
We will provide you with all the necessary documents for studying. Subsequently, we will sign the documents necessary for the trip and the procedure with you:
- Contract
- Informed consent
- Message from a doctor
- Acceptance of a paid deposit in the amount of 30% to the account
7. Provision of necessary services
We will provide you with all the necessary services, which we will agree on together:
- assistance in arranging the ticket as needed
- provision of accommodation according to the desired type
- provision of a driver and guide during the stay
- securing an appointment at the clinic
8. Transportation to and from the airport
We will provide you with a private car transfer to Schwechat airport, Vienna within the vicinity of Bratislava and Pezinok. Upon arrival in Turkey, a personal chauffeur will be waiting for you at the airport, who will also transport you from the hotel to the clinic and back.
9. Reception at the clinic
At the clinic, you will be greeted by friendly staff and your doctor will talk to you about your medical history, other possible health problems, concerns and explain the procedure.
10. Intervention
A specialist or several specialists will perform the required procedure on an outpatient basis or it will be associated with a stay at the clinic, which you will be informed about in advance.
11. Discovering the city with an escort
We provide procedures in our clinics most often in Istanbul, but also in Ankara, Izmir, Antalya and Alanya. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive experience – in addition to the procedure, the experience of discovering the place. That’s why we recommend our clients to complete a program made according to their specific wishes accompanied by our guide.
12. Return
At the end of your stay, our driver will pick you up again and take you safely to the airport and help you with whatever you need. After arriving in Vienna, we will pick you up at the airport and transport you to Bratislava or Pezinok and its surroundings. In the following days we will meet to jointly evaluate your satisfaction and go over other requirements and possible instructions from the clinic.
13. Continuous contact
We stay in touch with you and are with you during the entire process from the first meeting to the return after the procedure and ensure further communication between you and the clinic.
